How does deposit collection work for high-value charters?
You set a deposit amount (fixed or percentage) that's collected automatically at booking via Stripe. The remaining balance is due before departure — all handled without manual follow-up.
Does Charterfy work for day charters and multi-day voyages?
Yes. You can configure any trip type — half-day, full-day, sunset cruise, overnight, or multi-day — each with its own pricing, capacity, and availability rules.
Is there a per-booking fee?
No. Charterfy charges a flat monthly rate only ($49–$249/month). The only transaction fees are Stripe's standard payment processing (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), which go directly to Stripe. Charterfy takes nothing from your booking revenue — unlike FareHarbor and Peek Pro which add platform fees on top of payment processing.
